“Can We Talk?”

eLearning can be a low cost alternative to satisfy your compliance training needs.  Mitigated Risks has developed several online training modules to address some of the most common areas of risk for our clients.  These modules provide training content that is up to date, easy to access and navigate, and an user friendly interface which ensures interaction and completion.

The “Can We Talk?” eLearning modules are based on decades of experience delivering high-impact training to a variety of companies, including those in the health care, hospitality, manufacturing, energy, and corporate industries. Vibrant and interactive, these tutorials can be customized for each client and incorporate your company’s policy and logo.

Anti-Harassment for Non-Managers

Designed specifically for non-managers, our first module is a fast-paced, 25-minute introduction to common harassment policies, featuring a long look at sexual harassment. The module includes a series of situational quiz questions and permits the employee to proceed at his or her own pace by clicking the “Next” button, both of which help to ensure interaction and completion. If desired, the module can be customized with your company logo, specific policies, and voice-over. This module is not intended to replace live training sessions which are preferred by the EEOC. Instead, it is an option for employers to fill the gaps.

Anti-Harassment for Managers

Designed specifically for managers, our second module is a fast-paced, 25-minute dive into manager responsibilities including reporting and investigating harassment complaints and retaliation topics.  The module includes a series of situational quiz questions and permits the manager to proceed at his or her own pace by clicking the “Next” button, both of which help to ensure interaction and completion. If desired, the module can be customized with your company logo, specific policies, and voice-over. This module is not intended to replace live training sessions which are preferred by the EEOC. Instead, it is an option for employers to fill the gaps.
