Export Compliance Training
Export Compliance Tools’ new export training provides a comprehensive yet comprehensible, practical approach to learning export compliance. The training includes the new government revisions to the export control regulations and presents the changes in a way that allows you to incorporate the changes into your existing business procedures.
Our training is presented in a business-friendly manner. We don’t just recite the regulations; we offer simple procedures with real business examples to help you understand and implement export compliance. We provide a flowchart, “red flags” checklist, detailed glossary and key points to remind you of the material. The flowchart alone will provide your company with export procedures that comply with the new export control regulatory changes.
Export Compliance Tools’ export training explains why we have export laws, which governmental agencies regulate and enforce these laws, and how the laws apply to you. It then goes through each step to classify your product and what screenings you must perform before you can export. It includes your record keeping requirements and issues that could need to be addressed while exporting, such as anti-boycott laws and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. This training is comprehensive but simple to follow and the take-away tools will help keep your company compliant.
